Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement academic curriculum for students in EC-12 settings
- Lead professional development workshops and training sessions for educators
- Utilize educational technology to enhance teaching and learning
- Supervise and mentor undergraduate and graduate students
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to achieve departmental goals
- Bachelor's degree in a liberal arts field
- Teacher certification in a liberal arts field
- 15 years of experience teaching in middle school or high school, or as an administrator or evaluator in EC-12 settings
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Master's degree or PhD in a liberal arts field
- Experience developing curriculum and leading professional development
- Training and experience in social emotional learning and trauma-informed instruction
- Knowledge of the Texas Teacher Standards
- Active participation in professional organizations and activities
