Project Manager/Estimator Opportunity

This esteemed company is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Project Manager/Estimator to join their team. As a key member of their commercial restoration team, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

Requirements:
  • 3-5+ years of experience in residential reconstruction
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with a Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Xactimate and MICA experience a plus
  • IICRC qualifications in Fire, Water, and Mold restoration highly encouraged
  • Residential construction experience and background in reconstruction/mitigation
  • Ability to demonstrate creative problem-solving skills
