Agile Delivery Lead

At Capital One, we're looking for a skilled Agile Delivery Lead to join our team. As an Agile Delivery Lead, you'll play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects by leveraging Agile methodologies to drive predictable and quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver initiatives within an Agile delivery culture
  • Ensure the team delivers prioritized outcomes while maintaining focus on quality, continuous delivery, and continuous improvement
  • Provide visibility into team progress towards commitments and outcomes
  • Guide the team to adhere to delivery controls, policies, procedures, and standards to minimize operational/reputational risk
  • Identify and communicate technical, performance risks/impediments, and escalate with appropriate stakeholders if required
  • Coordinate and facilitate team events, deliver clear and concise communications, and coordinate team feedback and metrics
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience working with technology teams
  • Agile or SAFe certification
  • Associate's Degree or military experience
  • 1+ years of experience with JIRA, JIRA Align, or Confluence
  • Experience as part of an Agile team
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
