Position Overview:

  • As Customer Engagement Specialists, you will radiate positivity and foster an environment of possibility for our clientele. Advocate for our philosophy, values, and support our strategic goals.
  • Exhibit the ability to thrive in a dynamic setting while delivering exceptional customer service on the sales floor.
  • Leverage new technologies and embrace diverse distribution channels to enhance customer service.
  • Conduct merchandising tasks, including steaming, folding, and presenting products in accordance with Eileen Fisher's visual standards.
  • Perform light cleaning duties to ensure a tidy and organized environment (e.g., vacuuming, dusting, sweeping).
  • Execute opening and closing procedures as necessary.
  • Carry out additional related tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Prior retail or service industry experience is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple tasks.
  • Commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Open-minded approach to engaging with our brand and styling both yourself and customers.
  • Ability to adapt swiftly and respond positively to evolving business needs and strategies.
  • Capability to lift up to 40 lbs. at floor level and/or team lift when necessary.
  • Ability to climb short/tall ladders, twist, bend, and stoop to retrieve items from various locations.
  • Flexible availability is required.
