Logistics Specialist

Prestige Consumer Healthcare is a leading provider of over-the-counter healthcare and women's health products. We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Specialist - International to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing international logistics, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products to customers worldwide.

• Process international orders using ERP systems and ensure accurate invoicing.
• Manage export documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Communicate effectively with customers, warehouse teams, brokers, vendors, and sales teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with the operations team to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the manager.

• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in international logistics, customer service, or a related field.
• Knowledge of export shipping, documentation, and country requirements.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Word, and Excel, with experience in creating pivot tables and utilizing VLOOKUP.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

The successful candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to read, analyze, and interpret business documents, technical procedures, and governmental regulations.

The candidate will have the ability to calculate figures and amounts, apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry, and make informed decisions based on data analysis.

The successful candidate will possess the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions, deal with problems involving several concrete variables, and make sound judgments.

The Logistics Specialist - International will work in a fast-paced environment with moderate noise levels. The successful candidate will be required to sit for extended periods, talk or hear, and occasionally stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.

The work environment is hybrid, with the candidate required to work in the Tarrytown office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, and remotely on Mondays and Fridays.

The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $65,000 per year.
