Job Title: Microsoft Teams Voice Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Teams Voice Engineer to join our team at InfoVision Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Enterprise Voice solutions using Microsoft Teams. This includes planning, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of voice installations, as well as collaborating with telephony providers and third-party vendors to enable advanced voice features.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and methodology: Work closely with business units, application teams, and vendors to identify, review, and evaluate solution requirements.
  • Technical consulting: Provide client consulting and planning guidance for moderate to large, highly complex projects/programs.
  • Planning and organizing: Identify and evaluate projects/programs/initiatives and design processes that enhance and rationalize existing and upcoming solutions.
  • Risk management: Review, participate, develop, and update architectural standards, guiding principles, rationales, and strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a technology-related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in identifying technical solutions for complex business problems, identifying benefits and risks, and providing recommendations.
  • 5 years of experience mentoring another technologist.
