ServiceNow Engineer - Hybrid, Columbia, SC

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Engineer to join our team at Revolution Technologies, LLC. As a ServiceNow Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating the ServiceNow platform, ensuring its proper operation and currency with vendor releases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the ServiceNow platform, including resolving defects and ensuring proper operation.
  • Update the platform to improve existing or incorporate new capabilities.
  • Manage and implement required changes and releases to the platform.
  • Ensure software currency with vendor releases.
  • Establish working relationships with peer teams, suppliers, and senior management.
  • Ensure all platform operations meet day-to-day objectives and conform to strategy directions and standards.

Requirements

  • Must be fully expert in ServiceNow platform implementation and upgrades.
  • Must be highly competent in analyzing and correcting platform defects.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and productively executing against tasks.
  • Superior engineering and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of production operations disciplines, including ITIL and ITSM processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, or a Scientific field preferred. Strong experience and another relevant degree will be considered.

ServiceNow Administrator and/or Technology Certifications beneficial.

2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Senior Engineer.

2-3 years of ServiceNow engineering experience preferably in a complex corporate setting.
