Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders to drive requirements definition and design robust ServiceNow solutions.
  • Create detailed technical designs that align with client's short- and long-term needs and effectively leverage ServiceNow platform's capabilities and integrations with third-party technologies.
  • Serve as trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on ServiceNow capabilities, customization options, integrations, and best practices.
  • Lead implementation support for ServiceNow solutions, providing technical oversight and ensuring accurate translation of design into functional solutions.
  • Build trusting relationships with clients through effective communication, understanding their needs, and delivering high-quality solutions that exceed their expectations.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
  • Certified in two or more additional mainline certifications, with preference for CIS - Customer Service Management, CIS - IT Service Management, CIS - Discovery, CIS - Service Mapping, CIS - Software Asset Management, and CIS - Hardware Asset Management.
