$50-65 per hour

Eligibility:
Must be a US Citizen, Green Card Holder, or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

Key Competencies:

Role Responsibilities:
Oversee extensive IT operational fleet initiatives from initiation to completion.
Facilitate collaboration across teams and manage expectations from both business and IT perspectives.
Establish and oversee project scope, budget validation, justification, approval, and reconciliation.
Engage with senior leadership through discussions and formal presentations.
Develop and manage project timelines, coordinate with vendors, and ensure alignment of project objectives with IT strategic goals.

Essential Skills:
Familiarity with project management methodologies.
Proficient in MS Project or equivalent time management tools.
Strong grasp of Enterprise Technologies and their applications.
Exceptional communication abilities, including business presentations, conflict resolution, and interaction with large teams.
HR competencies, including team development, performance assessments, coaching, and problem-solving.
Capability to lead by example in a technology-driven environment.
Willingness to travel (40-50%).

Preferred Qualifications:
PMP certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
Previous experience in shipboard projects is beneficial.
Proven track record in managing large, intricate projects.

Desirable Skills:
Expertise in project management frameworks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Effective communication skills, especially in delivering business presentations and addressing large groups.
HR expertise, including team development, performance assessments, coaching, and problem-solving.
Ability to lead by example in a technology-centric culture.
