Hewlett Packard Enterprise is at the forefront of cloud computing innovation, and we're seeking a Senior Cloud Developer, AI/GenAI/ML to join our team. As a key member of our OpsRamp team, you'll play a crucial role in building a large-scale, enterprise-ready platform that powers a hybrid edge-to-cloud world.

What You'll Do:
  • Design and develop AI/ML pipelines, AI Co-pilots/Agents, and other cutting-edge technologies to drive innovation in cloud computing.
  • Collaborate with our team to build a cloud-native architecture that enables high availability, scalability, resilience, performance, and security requirements in the cloud.
  • Develop and implement MLOPS paradigm and CI/CD in the AI/ML world, following cloud-native techniques.
  • Guide and mentor less-experienced staff members to set an example of software systems design and development innovation and excellence.

Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in delivering scalable cloud/cloud-native solutions with ETL pipelines.
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Information Systems, Machine Learning, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on expertise in defining, building, training, and/or optimizing AI/ML models at scale in popular ML frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of multi-agent/RAG/advanced RAG applications, prompt engineering techniques, and fine-tuning LLMs with an eye on inference performance.
  • Familiarity with toolchains like Llamaindex, Langchain, etc. is desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of application failure modes, resiliency patterns, and techniques to enable robust, self-healing designs.
  • Ability to effectively communicate product design proposals and negotiate with other stakeholders to achieve design consensus.
  • Ability to work in a global, complex, and diverse environment.
