About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Environmental Services team, where you'll work on a variety of Power sector projects. You'll be responsible for providing technical leadership, reviewing and sealing projects, and directing interdisciplinary project teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as Sr. Project Technical Lead for Power Sector engineering projects
  • Work under minimal supervision to assign, review, and evaluate project performance
  • Lead technical teams within a client-driven delivery structure
  • Ensure conformance with Stantec's Project Management Framework (PMF)
  • Coordinate with Stantec leadership and client contacts to explore future opportunities and budget planning
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor of Science degree in Civil, Water Resources, Biological Systems, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong project management credentials, including scoping, scheduling, and tracking/reporting
  • Proven capabilities in planning and design of stream restoration and stormwater BMP projects
  • Ability to use and troubleshoot hydrology and hydraulics software
