Job Summary

The Patient Care Technician (PCT) Clinic at Northern Arizona Healthcare is responsible for assisting in patient care, documentation, and supply management in the clinic or outpatient department. This role requires collaboration with medical professionals to provide high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in patient care, including escorting patients to exam rooms, taking vital signs, and preparing patients for examinations.
  • Collaborate with medical assistants to support providers in providing patient care.
  • Maintain department cleanliness, including following procedures for clean up after treatments.
  • Assist with transfer of patients with restrictions in weight bearing or impairment of motor status.
  • Perform or assist with procedures within the scope of practice of a PCT.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Graduate of a Nursing Assistant Program
  • Current, unrestricted CNA or LNA license in the State of Arizona
  • BLS (American Heart Association)
  • Level 1 Finger Print Clearance
