Our Role

We're seeking a talented Junior ERM Implementation Consultant and Customer Support professional to join our US team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with customers to gather requirements and develop tailored solutions
  • Support and lead customer implementations, ensuring seamless onboarding and adoption of Protecht.ERM
  • Design and deliver interactive dashboards and reports that meet customer needs
  • Build forms and workflow rules in Protecht.ERM, driving process efficiency and effectiveness
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of improvements to clients' configurations of Protecht.ERM
  • Deliver Protecht.ERM training and facilitate client workshops, empowering customers to get the most out of our platform
  • Provide supporting documentation for implemented solutions, ensuring transparency and accountability
