**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled **Senior Scheduler** to join our team at Gilbane Building Company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining all levels of schedules, including proposals, preconstruction, and detailed construction schedules. This role will involve working closely with project personnel to determine phasing and logistic options, preparing CPM scenarios for management consideration, and ensuring that project teams are aware of and properly respond to risks relative to schedule and delay.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage and control all scheduling data through project management software (Primavera P6)
  • Instruct others or make presentations regarding CPM methods and concepts
  • Supervise staff on a large project to ensure that all scheduling responsibilities are completed

**Requirements:**

  • BS in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
  • 5-10 years relevant experience
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience

**Salary:** $90,000 - $120,000 per year
