The estimated salary range for this position is between $50,000 and $55,000 per year, plus additional compensation opportunities based on performance and experience.

Job Description

Sales: As a Rental Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing leads through cold calls, telephone solicitation, and customer visits. You will assess customer needs and develop proposals using your product knowledge, working closely with rental operations to ensure equipment availability. You will also market at the branch level, ensuring that rental sales representatives are skilled in telemarketing to prospective customers and current customers.

CUSTOMER RETENTION: You will maintain contact with customers through multiple visits and phone calls, ensuring quality service by effectively handling customer complaints and staying up-to-date on customer needs and long-term rentals.

TIME ADMINISTRATION: You will perform proposal and contract development, maintain customer files, prepare follow-up correspondence, and coordinate with other BU departments. You will maintain FIS integrity and accuracy of customer data in the DPS system, as well as administer credit approvals, collections of receivables, and maintenance of PM status and updates of scheduling.
