About the Role

The Lead Radiology Tech is a key member of our Diagnostic Imaging team, responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and leading the daily activities in the assigned area(s) of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care within the scope of a Radiology Tech, ensuring the highest level of quality and safety.
  • Coordinate the flow of daily activities, including scheduling, staffing, and equipment management.
  • Supervise and evaluate subordinate personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
Requirements:
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
  • State of Florida Registered Radiologic Technologist
  • Registered Radiographer (ARRT) (R)
  • Minimum 3 years directly related experience in a hospital setting
  • Certificate or Associate Degree in an accredited school of Radiology Technology
