Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Kenansville Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing quality care to our residents and helping them achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations to assess residents' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve residents' mobility, strength, and function.
  • Document residents' progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that meet residents' physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Participate in facility-wide initiatives to improve quality of care and patient satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest physical therapy research and best practices to ensure residents receive the highest level of care.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program with a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
  • Current licensure and/or registration in the state of North Carolina.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
