Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Vidant Health. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and rehabilitation services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat patients with various physical therapy needs, including musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiovascular conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve patient goals and improve functional abilities.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and coordinate discharge planning.
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises to promote recovery and prevent future injuries.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and evidence-based practices in physical therapy to provide the best possible care.
Requirements
  • Graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in North Carolina.
  • Experience in a hospital setting, preferably in a rehabilitation or acute care environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
