Job Summary

Vidant Health is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and rehabilitation services to patients of all ages and abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients to identify their physical therapy needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide direct patient care through various modalities, including exercises, manual therapy, and education, to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and research in physical therapy to continuously improve patient care and outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure a safe and effective work environment.
Requirements
  • Graduation with a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
  • Current valid licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of North Carolina.
  • Previous experience in a hospital setting as a Physical Therapist is preferred.
