Client Services Advisor

Our client, a leading national banking company, is seeking a highly skilled Client Services Advisor to join their team in a remote capacity. As a key member of the team, you will provide advanced operational support for business units in executing daily activities supporting the SVB Go platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Voice of the Customer Analysis to identify trends and issues, and provide actionable insights to the Managed Service Provider (MSP).
  • Maintain accurate records and systems crucial for business operations.
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve issues, updating department records or systems accordingly.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify process inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide guidance and support to less experienced specialists on the team.
  • Operational Support - Perform various operational tasks, streamline workflow, and identify process inefficiencies.
  • Documentation - Handle standard documentation associated with daily activities, maintain and update department records.
  • Business Proficiency - Stay up-to-date on laws, regulations, and policies affecting job duties.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2 years of experience in Financial Services or Operations
  • Inbound call center experience

This is a 12-month contract with the opportunity to convert or extend. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote capacity.
