Client Overview:
Our client, a national leader in healthcare, is seeking a skilled Receptionist to join their team at their local clinic. This company's mission is to deliver personalized patient care while driving the growth and success of their employees.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$18/hour
Position Overview:
The Receptionist plays a vital role, serving as the first point of contact for patients and staff. They will ensure a seamless operation at the front desk and manage various administrative tasks. The schedule is as follows: Monday - Friday from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.
Responsibilities of the Receptionist:
  • Greet patients and ensure they are checked in properly.
  • Work with patients directly to collect and verify insurance documentation.
  • Make outbound phone calls to schedule upcoming appointments.
  • Maintain office inventory levels.
  • Report directly to the Provider onsite and ensure that all patients have a positive experience.

Qualifications for the Receptionist:
  • Multitasker and must be able to work well under high pressure.
  • Prior experience in a healthcare setting is highly desired.
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor is a must.

Education Requirements:
  • High school diploma is required.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
