Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing and addressing issues related to MES computer systems.
  • Executing checklists for the maintenance of MES systems.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges.
  • Conducting maintenance and necessary replacements of equipment.
  • Supporting the installation and modification processes of MES systems.
Qualifications:

Education:
High School diploma or equivalent
Completion of Computer Technical Courses

Experience:
A minimum of 3 years in an IT-related role

Skills and Expertise:
  • Willingness to provide 24/7 support.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems.
