Addiction Recovery Treatment Specialist

Position Overview:
Community and Family Resources is in search of a dedicated Treatment Specialist to support the clinical counseling team in delivering addiction recovery services to individuals residing in our Men's Recovery House.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in completing essential assessment forms and documentation as required.
- Introduce clients to the various program services available.
- Monitor and oversee clients' activities and behaviors to ensure safety and compliance.
- Provide constructive feedback and emotional support to clients.
- Communicate client concerns to the staff promptly.
- Participate in light housekeeping tasks, including shredding, trash disposal, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and other assigned duties.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them as necessary.
- Facilitate transportation for clients to appointments, activities, or as instructed by supervisors.
- Aid in searching client belongings when needed.
- Conduct facility rounds to ensure a safe environment.
- Assist with follow-up surveys and data entry tasks.

Work Schedule:
- Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
- Hours: Evening shift (2 PM - 10:30 PM), including every other weekend and some holidays.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
- Medication Management Certification or the ability to obtain it within 90 days of employment is required.
- A valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance are necessary.

Preferred Experience:
- Lived experience with recovery is advantageous.
