Job Title: Treatment Specialist-Men's Recovery House

Community and Family Resources is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Treatment Specialist to join our team at the Men's Recovery House in Fort Dodge. As a key member of our clinical counseling staff, you will play a vital role in providing addiction rehabilitation services to individuals in our care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients in completing necessary assessment forms and documents.
  • Orient clients to program services and provide ongoing support.
  • Monitor clients' whereabouts and behaviors, reporting any concerns to staff.
  • Offer feedback and support to clients, helping them achieve their recovery goals.
  • Assist with light housekeeping duties, including cleaning, laundry, and other tasks as assigned.
  • Answer phone calls and forward messages as needed.
  • Transport clients to scheduled appointments and activities, as directed by the supervisor.
  • Search client belongings and assist with facility rounds.
  • Enter data and assist with follow-up surveys.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Medication Management Certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance.
  • Lived experience with recovery is a plus.
