This role will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth in revenue and market share, creating and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers at real estate brokerages, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.

">Job Description

This is a hybrid role with an expectation of being in our NYC Headquarters 3 days a week. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of closing experience as an Account Executive in the proptech/fintech/saas space with a track record of exceeding $1M+ quotas. You will be selling into Residential Real Estate Brokerages, targeting Managing Brokers, Owners, and Growth Leaders.

">Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in revenue and market share
  • Create and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at real estate brokerages
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
  • Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets ($1M+)

This position offers highly competitive compensation for successful candidates. Salary: $75,000. On Target Earnings (OTE): $200,000-$300,000 based on experience. This salary range represents the minimum and maximum for this role based in New York, NY.

  • Proactive and Positive Attitude: Demonstrates a proactive approach to client needs and challenges, maintaining a positive and solution-oriented mindset in all interactions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS closing role, with a proven track record of success
  • Experience selling to real estate brokerages is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to build and manage high-performing sales teams
  • Ability to analyze data and use insights to make strategic decisions
  • Willingness to travel as needed
