Job Overview:This role involves driving revenue growth and expansion for JLL's consulting practice in the Americas region. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in business development, sales, and innovation within the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategically lead and direct AMER sales efforts, focusing on expanding the consulting share of wallet on key accounts.
- Develop and execute regional go-to-market strategies to drive revenue growth, identify new clients, and improve client satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with key clients and internal stakeholders, fostering collaboration and driving business success.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify potential business opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Pursue innovative solutions and thought leadership initiatives to enhance consulting capabilities and revenue streams.
- Coordinate regional and global go-to-market efforts to align sales approaches and meet market demand.
- 15–20 years of leadership experience in business development, sales, and innovation roles in the Americas region, with a focus on real estate and consulting.
- Comprehensive understanding of market trends, client needs, and the competitive landscape.
- A proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving individual sales targets of $5-8 million per annum.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective influence and negotiation.
- A strategic thinker with a history of implementing successful innovation initiatives.
- The ability to travel internationally as required.

Total Estimated Compensation: $180,500 – $261,700 per year
