About the Position

Balen Real Estate LLC is seeking an experienced real estate agent to join our team. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for assisting our principal in managing rental exclusives and potentially residential and commercial sale exclusives.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a growing company and contribute to its success. Key responsibilities include:

  • Closing deals within the first month of joining
  • Showing exclusive properties
  • Working directly with daily rental customers
  • One-on-one mentoring with our principal
  • Receiving additional monetary bonuses aside from commission

To succeed in this role, you must:

  • Show initiative and be able to think creatively
  • Hold at least one year of experience as a licensed real estate agent

The estimated annual salary range for this role is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on experience.
