About the Role

Noon Energy, a pioneering company in advanced Long Duration Energy Storage solutions, is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the position of Chief Commercial Officer. This individual will play a crucial role in establishing and executing the company's commercial strategy, driving growth, and ensuring the successful deployment of Noon's energy storage solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commercialization Strategy: Develop and lead the commercialization strategy, collaborating closely with the product team to create innovative business models that drive revenue and profitability.
  • Partnerships: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with end-users and manufacturers to expand the company's reach and applications.
  • Business Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target client organizations to achieve business objectives.
  • Sales and Marketing: Develop and manage the sales and marketing teams, setting performance targets and providing guidance to drive revenue growth.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of energy storage technologies, including stationary storage, and their applications in utilities, commercial, and industrial settings.
  • Commercial Leadership: Proven experience in commercial leadership roles, with a track record of driving growth and revenue in rapidly evolving markets.
  • Analytical and Financial Skills: Strong analytical and financial skills, with the ability to model storage revenues and develop business cases.
