Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Civil Superintendent to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate site activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Civil Superintendent on large-scale construction projects.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and timely completion.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential issues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
