* Direct and manage the establishment of a production plan and operation of material replenishment to support demand and on-time delivery while reaching the targeted inventory level.
* Support Supply Chain performance improvement and cost reduction initiatives via Value Add/Value Engineering.
* Support the development of a range of products that will increase our market share or expand our market potential (NPI).

Requirements:

* BA or BS in Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree is strongly preferred.
* 12+ years of functional experience.
* 6+ years of proven experience as a site manager.
* Bilingual must be able to communicate effectively in English and Spanish languages.
* Proficient in analytical problem solving, customer/partner relationships, product & technology expertise, and strategic insight.
* Understanding of program/project management fundamentals.
* Deep understanding of Lean Manufacturing concepts following Toyota Production System (TPS) / Shingo Model desired.
* Excellent organization, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
* Experience in working inside a matrix organization.
