Job Summary

The CT Quality Technologist is a critical role at Sinai Chicago, responsible for ensuring the technical quality of CT imaging and serving as a technical resource for radiologists, directors, and staff technologists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with Illinois Emergency Management Agency Div. of Nuclear Safety (IEMA) regulatory standards and American College of Radiology (ACR) Accreditation.
  • Perform payroll edits, prepare daily schedules, order supplies, and reconcile Open Order and Taken Status Reports.
  • Orientate, train, and develop new staff technologists.
  • Assist radiologists and directors in maintaining high-quality imaging standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a CT Technologist.
  • Licensed by IEMA, Division of Nuclear Safety.
  • Registered by ARRT (RT,R) and ARRT (RT,R CT).
  • CPR certification.
  • Compliant with PPD requirements.
