We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Coordinator to join our team at NextGen | GTA: A Kelly Telecom Company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate installs and repair activities to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide ongoing site updates and ensure that field resources are prepared and on time.
  • Communicate status updates to management, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and escalate operational issues to management for resolution.
  • Maintain productivity levels by meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
