The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness of the assigned building, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular inspections of the assigned area to identify and address any cleanliness or maintenance issues.
  • Follow job duties assigned by the supervisor, including team cleaning and individual cleaning tasks.
  • Cross-train in different areas to ensure flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and staff, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
  • Inform the supervisor of any broken equipment or facilities issues that require attention.
Essential Tasks
  • Sweep and mop floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Dust and clean surfaces, including furniture and fixtures.
  • Clean restrooms, including sinks, toilets, and showers.
  • Take out trash and recyclables, ensuring proper disposal and recycling.
  • Vacuum and disinfect high-touch areas, including door handles and light switches.
  • Clean and polish glass doors and windows, as well as drinking fountains and other fixtures.
  • Keep the custodial closet clean and organized, ensuring easy access to necessary supplies.
Requirements
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must have a positive attitude and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Must be able to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Must have a desire to maintain a clean and safe environment, and be able to communicate effectively with the supervisor and other team members.
  • Ability to learn and properly utilize machines and equipment, including cleaning solutions and disinfectants.
Position Requirements
  • Pass a background check and E-Verify.
  • Have dependable transportation to and from work.
