Staff RN ED Specialist

**Job Summary:** As a Staff RN ED at Froedtert Health, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in an inpatient setting. This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for an identified group of patients. Our ideal candidate will have clinical competence and experience in caring for adult populations.
**Salary:** $65,000 - $90,000 per year**Job Responsibilities:** * Assess and plan individualized nursing care for patients * Implement and evaluate the effectiveness of nursing care * Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams * Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
**Requirements:** * Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or higher * Current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state * Basic Life Support certification * ACLS and PALS certifications within 6 months of hire * TNCC certification within one year of hire
