Patient Experience Coordinator

Serenity Healthcare, LLC is seeking a skilled Patient Experience Coordinator to provide exceptional support to our patients and staff. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a positive and welcoming environment for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update and verify patient information upon each visit.
- Develop strong relationships with patients by remembering their names, interests, and stories.
- Provide support and compassion to patients, addressing their concerns and worries in a sensitive and respectful manner.
- Rotate through various office tasks throughout the day, ensuring a seamless patient experience.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as basic math skills.
- Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- At least one year of full-time customer service experience, reception, or personal customer service industry.
