Job Summary:

Serenity Healthcare, LLC is seeking a skilled Patient Experience Coordinator to provide exceptional support to our patients and staff. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a positive and welcoming environment for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Update and verify patient information upon each visit.
  • Develop strong relationships with patients by remembering their names, interests, and stories.
  • Provide support and compassion to patients, addressing their concerns and worries in a sensitive and respectful manner.
  • Rotate through various office tasks throughout the day, ensuring a seamless patient experience.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as basic math skills.
  • Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • At least one year of full-time customer service experience, reception, or personal customer service industry.
