PRIMARY DUTIES:

Oversee a range of interdisciplinary tasks in the management of human resources for the organization, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and more.

Facilitate the selection and interviewing process for roles within the organization, ensuring alignment with selection criteria and appropriate compensation levels.

Administer processes related to the onboarding of new hires and manage terminations, primarily involving data entry and communication with relevant departments.

Organize new employee orientation and benefits sessions, employee training initiatives, recruitment support, job evaluations, compensation assessments, and routine employee relations.

Provide guidance and consultation to managers, supervisors, and staff to address human resources-related challenges.

Collaborate with management to mitigate and resolve employee relations concerns.
Disseminate information regarding employee programs and policies.
Input and maintain all employee data in the HRIS system.
Ensure the upkeep of personnel files, including training documentation and all necessary onboarding paperwork.
May offer advice to managers on performance management, workforce planning, compensation matters, recruitment, and onboarding activities.

Complete special projects by defining project objectives; establishing timelines and schedules; conducting research; developing and organizing information; and fulfilling obligations.

Enhance job knowledge by engaging in educational opportunities; reviewing professional literature; maintaining personal networks; and participating in professional organizations.
Perform additional functions and tasks as assigned.
