Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Jimmy John's. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of employees to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and customer service.
  • Supervise and train employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service and maintain high-quality products.
  • Assist in the supervision of food preparation, sales, and service operations, including forecasting food items and estimating consumption per shift.
  • Ensure that every customer receives world-class customer service and that the restaurant is maintained in a clean and organized state.
  • Route deliveries and supervise drivers to maximize delivery business and speed.
  • Complete daily and weekly paperwork, including audits of previous shifts and preventive maintenance of equipment and supplies.
Requirements
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write the English language fluently and clearly.
  • Must have strong math abilities, including addition, subtraction, fractions, and percentages.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms, talk, hear, close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
  • Must be willing to work overtime, holidays, weekends, and have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, current automobile insurance, and a clean driving record.
