RFI Technology Solutions is a global leader in technology services, focusing on wireless connectivity and renewable energy solutions. We design, produce, and supply high-performance wireless products, including antenna systems, rebroadcasting equipment, power solutions, and related accessories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in engineering tasks, including installation, configuration, testing, commissioning, and documentation of equipment.
  • Collaborate with sales teams, end-users, equipment suppliers, consultants, and network operators.
  • Prepare and estimate costs for RF design proposals, including:
  • Non-cellular Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS)
  • AM/FM/VHF/UHF Rebroadcast Systems
  • Multicoupler solutions, filtering systems, and antenna designs
  • Conduct Radio Frequency (RF) cascade analysis and provide recommendations for enhancements and designs.
  • Perform digital testing of Radio Frequency (RF) spectrum designs to verify feasibility.
  • Integrate with various subsystems across multiple wireless technologies, primarily focusing on VHF/UHF two-way radio systems.

Candidate Profile:

  • Degree in a relevant field with a minimum of three years of experience in RF engineering.
  • Solid understanding of RF principles, technologies, and product applications.
  • Experience in designing two-way radio systems, including wiring for audio, data, and connectors.
  • Familiarity with multi-coupling, filtering solutions, and antenna technologies.
  • Proficient in computer applications.
  • Experience with RF propagation or other RF engineering software is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with sales, end-users, distributors, and network operators.
  • Detail-oriented with a results-driven mindset.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
