We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead the daily operations of one of our clinics in the ABA field. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial and clinical performance of the center, ensuring compliance with healthcare laws and regulations, and driving strategic growth in the local market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership: Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, including managing budgets, forecasting revenue, and ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Clinical Excellence: Foster a culture of clinical excellence, ensuring high-quality services are delivered to clients, and clinical staff are supported and developed to meet their full potential.
  • Strategic Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive growth in the local market, including identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with referral sources.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a high-performing team, including recruiting, training, and developing staff to meet the needs of the clinic.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, identifying and mitigating risks to the organization.
Requirements
  • Education: MBA or equivalent
  • Experience: 7+ years of financial analysis experience, 7+ years of management experience with P&L accountability, and 12+ years of healthcare experience (preferably in a leadership role)
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record
