Job Title: Route Delivery Driver Area Assistant

Pizza Wholesale of Lexington, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Route Delivery Driver Area Assistant. This role is responsible for providing exceptional service to our valued customer partners, assisting in the growth of sales through regular promotions, and developing positive relationships.

Responsibilities:
  • Training store employees as required.
  • Cleaning up after store visits, including breaking down pizza boxes and ensuring a clean environment.
  • Assisting the Account Manager in the unloading of product.
  • Taking ownership of each customer interaction to ensure a positive experience.
  • Assisting in the installation of new accounts and sampling of stores.
  • Providing support to customers during holiday periods and emergency situations.
  • Traveling to other districts to assist in running routes as needed.
  • Learning to bake pizzas and make presentations to potential customers.
  • Checking voice mail and Hunt Brothers email during business hours and periodically after hours.
  • Resolving problems within your abilities and communicating pertinent information to the appropriate team member.
  • Completing all necessary paperwork and sending to the appropriate departments.
  • Assisting other team members in keeping the warehouse clean and organized.
  • Making bank deposits for all monies collected on the same day of collection.
  • Supporting and implementing all company decisions.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma.
  • Demonstrated customer service ability.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Professional image and entrepreneurial spirit.

This is a position that requires "knock your socks off" service as well as the ability to travel between districts and interact with customers in the Convenience store Industry. Overnight travel is required with this position. We offer competitive salary and benefits packages, including paid vacation, medical insurance, cell phone allowance, and 401K.
