Overview

The Facilities Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in maintaining the operational integrity and effectiveness of our state-of-the-art Cannabis Cultivation and Processing Facility. This position allows you to oversee our maintenance activities, ensuring that all systems and machinery operate at optimal levels.

Daily Responsibilities

In your role as the Facilities Operations Supervisor, you will be tasked with managing and directing daily maintenance activities, ensuring the efficient operation of all equipment and systems, including HVAC. You will develop and implement maintenance schedules, guarantee adherence to safety regulations, and lead a committed team to foster a high-performance work environment. Your strategic oversight is essential in minimizing downtime and enhancing operational productivity.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is at least 21 years old.
  • Possesses a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related discipline (preferred), or has 8+ years of relevant experience, ideally in regulated sectors such as pharmaceuticals, food production, or cannabis.
  • Has a minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management, showcasing your ability to oversee complex HVAC systems and industrial maintenance operations.
  • Can effectively communicate with individuals from various backgrounds and levels, including vendors and third-party contractors.
  • Is a proven leader, capable of managing teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Values collaboration with other departments to achieve goals and meet production targets in a high-volume setting.
