Overview:

This position is a key role within a Quality Engineering team focused on the testing and automation of web-based applications.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Gather and comprehend project requirements
  • Design and document test cases and scenarios
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts
  • Execute test cases and scripts across various environments (QA, STG, etc.)
  • Report bugs and manage defect resolution
  • Integrate automation scripts into the CI/CD pipeline
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation

Required Skills:

  • Over 10 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on QA testing
  • Proficient in web automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, and JUnit
  • Strong programming skills in Java
  • Experience with version control systems (GIT), CI/CD tools (Jenkins), build tools (Maven, ANT), and debugging tools (Charles/Fiddler)
  • Familiarity with Agile project management tools (JIRA) and test management tools (QMetry)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Preferred: Knowledge of API testing and mobile automation
