Key Responsibilities

- Develop and nurture relationships with existing OEM accounts to strengthen our market position.
- Expand and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors and OEMs in the engine, turbine, and compressor sectors.
- Conduct joint sales calls with representatives and distributors to enhance collaboration.
- Analyze customer requirements and coordinate efforts to boost sales and improve partnerships.
- Identify and propose new product concepts for research and development initiatives.
- Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the sales process.
- Collaborate with sales managers and representatives to understand end-user needs and applications.
- Provide training to customers on our capabilities and product offerings.

Performance Metrics

- Meet and exceed established revenue and quotation targets.

Qualifications

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, technical sales, or design engineering is preferred.
- A Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
- Experience in design engineering is a plus.

Travel Requirements

This role will necessitate significant travel, with over 50% of your time spent visiting clients and partners primarily in North America, with potential international travel opportunities.

Language and Math Skills

- Proficient in reading and interpreting business documents, technical procedures, and regulations.
- Capable of writing reports and business correspondence effectively.
- Strong mathematical skills to perform calculations related to discounts, commissions, and percentages.

Reasoning Ability

- Ability to tackle practical problems and navigate various situations with limited standardization.
- Competence in interpreting diverse instructions presented in various formats.
