Key Responsibilities- Supervise and train cashiers, front-end loaders, and checkers to ensure they are meeting our high standards of customer service and product handling.
- Ensure that all front-end operations are running efficiently and effectively, including cash handling, inventory management, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and execution of store operations.
- Ensure that all employees are properly trained and equipped to handle customer complaints and issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the front-end area.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
