Digital Sales Director

The company, a well-established construction supply business based in Williamsburg, is seeking an E-commerce Account Manager to manage and grow online sales across major retail platforms. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $150k+, depending on experience.
Sales Strategy
The ideal candidate must have prior experience selling products on big retail websites, such as Wayfair, Lowe's, Home Depot, Amazon, and Walmart. A strong managerial skillset is required to lead a team effectively and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize product listings across various e-commerce platforms.
- Develop strategies to drive sales, increase profitability, and improve brand visibility.
- Lead and manage a team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and meeting performance targets.
- Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement improvements for online store performance.
- Collaborate with marketing and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
