POSITION SUMMARY:

We are in search of a dynamic and experienced Front Desk Sales Associate for our salon. Your primary objective will be to deliver an exceptional customer experience to all visitors, promote membership options that provide significant savings, and nurture a positive workplace atmosphere. A strong emphasis will be placed on membership and retail sales, as well as client appointment scheduling. If you possess a passion for sales and a commitment to outstanding customer service, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Enhance membership and retail sales
  • Welcome guests and ensure a superior customer experience
  • Schedule appointments both in-person and via phone
  • Support salon operations, including inventory management
  • Maintain a tidy and inviting salon environment
  • Create engaging content for social media
  • Assist with salon events
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum of 1 year in customer service or retail sales
  • Preferred experience in membership sales
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
  • Availability to work some weekends and evenings
  • Familiarity with MindBody Software is advantageous

COMPENSATION:

$20.00 per hour.
