Job Summary

As a Flow Testing Operations Manager at TechnipFMC plc, you will be responsible for managing a customer location without supervision, identifying and resolving crew and shift needs, and mentoring and training personnel. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Customer Location: Oversee the day-to-day operations of a customer location, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Identify and Resolve Crew and Shift Needs: Identify and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise with crew and shift personnel, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to complete their tasks.
  • Mentor and Train Personnel: Mentor and train personnel on Flow Testing principles and processes, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Support and Communicate with Supervisors and Manager: Support and communicate with Flow Testing Supervisors, Lead Supervisor, and Manager, ensuring that they are informed of any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Contribute to Project Evaluation and Communication: Contribute to the evaluation and communication of projects with clients and managers, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed of project progress and any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with equivalent experience considered in lieu of education if the candidate successfully completes an aptitude and reading comprehension test.
  • Valid Driver's License: A valid and current driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record is required.
  • Knowledge of Oil Field and Flow Testing Operations: Above-average knowledge and understanding of oil field and Flow Testing operations is required.
  • Ability to Work Unsupervised: The ability to work unsupervised is required, with a minimum of 5 years of Flow Testing experience and at least 3 years in a supervisory role preferred.
  • Leadership Ability: Excellent leadership ability is required, with the ability to motivate and inspire personnel to achieve their best.
  • Time Management Skills: Excellent time management skills are required, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
