As a Flow Testing Operations Manager at TechnipFMC plc, you will be responsible for managing a customer location without supervision, identifying and resolving crew and shift needs, and mentoring and training personnel. You will also be responsible for supporting and communicating with Flow Testing Supervisors, Lead Supervisor, and Manager, as well as contributing to the evaluation and communication of projects with clients and managers.
Key Responsibilities- Manage Customer Location: Oversee the day-to-day operations of a customer location, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Identify and Resolve Crew and Shift Needs: Identify and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise with crew and shift personnel, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to complete their tasks.
- Mentor and Train Personnel: Mentor and train personnel on Flow Testing principles and processes, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
- Support and Communicate with Supervisors and Manager: Support and communicate with Flow Testing Supervisors, Lead Supervisor, and Manager, ensuring that they are informed of any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Contribute to Project Evaluation and Communication: Contribute to the evaluation and communication of projects with clients and managers, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed of project progress and any issues that may arise.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with equivalent experience considered in lieu of education if the candidate successfully completes an aptitude and reading comprehension test.
- Valid Driver's License: A valid and current driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record is required.
- Knowledge of Oil Field and Flow Testing Operations: Above-average knowledge and understanding of oil field and Flow Testing operations is required.
- Ability to Work Unsupervised: The ability to work unsupervised is required, with a minimum of 5 years of Flow Testing experience and at least 3 years in a supervisory role preferred.
- Leadership Ability: Excellent leadership ability is required, with the ability to motivate and inspire personnel to achieve their best.
- Time Management Skills: Excellent time management skills are required, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
