Pacific Seafood is in search of a meticulous and organized Office Manager to enhance our operational efficiency. In this role, you will be tasked with managing various administrative functions and providing essential support to team members in a dynamic setting.
Core Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and welcome guests
- Assist in payroll management and employee-related issues
- Organize office gatherings and celebrations
- Facilitate onboarding for new employees and maintain employee records
- Oversee invoicing and financial operations
- Coordinate accounts payable processes and aid in quarterly financial reporting
- Execute general office tasks and data management
- Perform additional duties as required
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Availability to work weekends during peak production periods
Compensation Overview: $48,975 - $59,505 Annually
