Office Manager Role at Pacific Seafood

Pacific Seafood is in search of a meticulous and organized Office Manager to enhance our operational efficiency. In this role, you will be tasked with managing various administrative functions and providing essential support to team members in a dynamic setting.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and welcome guests
  • Assist in payroll management and employee-related issues
  • Organize office gatherings and celebrations
  • Facilitate onboarding for new employees and maintain employee records
  • Oversee invoicing and financial operations
  • Coordinate accounts payable processes and aid in quarterly financial reporting
  • Execute general office tasks and data management
  • Perform additional duties as required

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Availability to work weekends during peak production periods

Compensation Overview: $48,975 - $59,505 Annually
