Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a meticulous and proactive Safety Coordinator to enhance our operations. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring adherence to safety standards, facilitating safety training, and fostering a robust safety culture within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safety Compliance: Ensure alignment with OSHA and other pertinent safety regulations.
- Training: Organize and conduct safety training sessions for staff and new employees.
- Inspections: Carry out routine safety audits and inspections of facilities and equipment.
- Incident Reporting: Investigate workplace incidents and prepare comprehensive reports.
- Safety Programs: Design and implement innovative safety initiatives and programs.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in a safety-focused role.
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to lead training sessions and presentations.
