System Administrator for Cornerstone On Demand and Spectrum ERP

We are seeking a highly skilled System Administrator to join our Enterprise Application team at a large Utilities Company in Houston, TX.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a System Administrator, with a strong background in managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, including Cornerstone On Demand and Spectrum.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of these systems, including user account management, system configurations, monitoring system upgrades, change control, and troubleshooting.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing user accounts and system permissions
  • Configuring and monitoring system upgrades
  • Providing support to all users, including troubleshooting issues and creating and managing user accounts
  • Liaising with vendors or IT teams as needed
  • Identifying system requirements and installing upgrades
  • Ensuring compliance with security and regulatory requirements

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of system administration principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

We offer a competitive salary of $35/hour, with the possibility of more flexibility. The role requires a hybrid schedule, with onsite work in Houston (Heights Area) 2 days a week.
